Where we ship
We ship within the USA only. International shipping is not available. If your address is accepted at checkout, we can deliver to you.
How we ship
Your order is delivered by trusted carriers — USPS, UPS, DHL, Asendia, and FedEx. To ensure smooth delivery, we may select the carrier based on your destination, delivery speed, and reliability.
Delivery timing
Most orders arrive in 5–7 business days. Some products may take up to 25 business days. You’ll see a delivery estimate on the product page and again at checkout. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping across the United States is currently free. You will see the delivery estimate at checkout before you pay. If an expedited option is available and you choose it, any cost will be shown at checkout.
After your order ships you’ll receive a tracking number by email, so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery. If you run into a delay or a delivery issue, email our team at shop.support@asknebula.com and we’ll help.
Changes and cancellations
We prioritize fast fulfillment, which means changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once your order is processed. If you need help, contact shop.support@asknebula.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
Payment
How you can pay
You can pay with major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club — as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. With Shop Pay, you may have the option to pay in full or in installments, depending on eligibility shown at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available.
Fees and taxes
Sales tax may apply based on your shipping address, and it is shown at checkout before you pay. If you choose Shop Pay installments, the terms and any applicable fees are provided by Shop Pay during checkout.
When payment is confirmed
Your card is authorized at checkout and charged just before your order ships. You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout, then a shipping confirmation with tracking when your package is on its way.
